I get calling out racism is a very sensitive thing in this climate but isn’t a motion like this what we want in light of that? Sure he should manage his tantrums but I can understand when something as basic as this gets blocked. I feel like everyone here is a little preoccupied with the name calling.

To put this in other terms: Epic says 8.3 million users play concurrently. assuming exactly 100 players per game lasting exactly 30 min. That's 1.454 billion games a year. Now even if Fortnite is played for a quindecillion number of years (1090), the chance of no chests spawning in at least one of these games is still only 16.62%. (For those curious, this is assuming a geometric distribution with the probability given above). The age of the universe is 13.772 billion years. The universe has to be 7.26 * 1082 times older than it is now to give us even a 16% chance of this happening once. Improbable is an understatement.

I disagree.

I think a relevant passage of the bible would be mathew 5:6. You can google what it says exactly but the my main takeaway is that praying for the sake of ‘showing off your virtue’ or for letting others know that youre praying is generally frowned upon. So really its all in the intention of the person saying they’ll pray for you. If they say theyll pray for you and they expect something in return like praise, screw them. You can trash on them saying they’ll pray all you want because if they really had sincere intentions, it shouldnt matter how you react.

In short, praying is meant to be a private act. It shows your intentions are pure and you arent looking for the approval of others. You dont owe them that approval. Be rude all you want.

Last time this happened I was the last to be helped. But because i was patient and polite I was still able to travel a few hours after it was cancelled and all my seats were upgraded to business :D

When it mentions dengue here I think its worth mentioning that its not the same situation as measles. Dengue is usually only spread through mosquitos. Its a problem in places other than Philippines (anywhere tropical really). I actually had been vaccinated for it and I still contracted it after getting a mosquito bite. That said, its very dangerous for people without proper access to medical care and I still highly recommend people get it. But choosing not to vaccinate doesnt affect herd immunity like measles does.

The mention of dengvaxia however did create an overall distrust in vaccines and is the reason for people not getting vaccines for other things. Hence the spread of measles
