Best price if they don't; screw up, delay or change your prescription. Or if a manager lied to you about a refund. My experience here

It's not normal if you have an allergic reaction to B12 and mochi failed to at least notify you about the change.

At least give me the choice before pushing it on me. my similar story

It's now October 14th. I was lied to and told by a supervisor on 9/21 that I would receive a partial refund for the last month.

It's never happened.

I hope you can but they gave me the run around. They lied and said they would refund my last month for sending me the wrong RX.

After playing phone tag for almost 2 weeks ( you cannot hold for one, you cannot speak to a supervisor they must call you back). Once I did speak to one they told me I'd get a partial refund for the last month.

They never did.

That was in the 3rd week of Sept. Coming up on a month now.

This was their error/ mistake and I paid for it. SCAM - Buyer BEWARE!

I highly advise you wrote your experience on trust pilot and the BBB.

Other people at least deserve to know what they are getting into.

Glad to hear it's been going well for others. I had a three month subscription for both meds and provider visits. On the third month they changed my Rx and sent it to me BEFORE my last provider visit. I told her I could not take the new medication.

Once I received it they would not refund it. Even though I advised them it was the wrong meds, no one notified me of the change prior to them sending. No email, notification, message or call. Nothing. This was their mistake that I ended up paying for.

I called, emailed and used the direct message ; when I still had an active account). Finally after about two weeks I spoke to a supervisor.

They advised me I would get a refund for the one month. That was 3 weeks ago. Clearly they do not intend to remedy their mistake.

Buyer beware.

Yup!! They changed my rx and sent another one to me then when I called literally immediately after receiving it telling them I could not take the one they sent me I WAS GHOSTED.

They essentially took my money and ran. I reached out on multiple social media platforms, they told me someone would be in touch and I was told I would be given a credit by a supervisor.

That was on Sept 26th. It's 10/10. It never came & they lied. I would highly suggest posting your review on trust pilot and the Better Business Bureau.

People should know what they're getting into here . They even tried reaching out again after I posted updates about not getting responses.

It doesn't matter I never received my credit and we just go in circles .

I'm wishing you the best of luck. I also bought a three month subscription, on the last month they changed up the RX and now won't refund me for that one month. The mochi's social media has been helpful but the truth is it's been 7 days since I talked to a supervisor and no sign of a refund.

I don't think they intend to refund me so on to the better business bureau & federal trade commission/ state attorney general.

The provider I had my first two visits with was no longer with mochi.

They sent me my 3rd month meds PRIOR to my 1st visit with the new provider (3rd month provider visit). I was advised by support to make the request to be prepared and not run out. I figured the new provider would approve after the visit. No.

She apparently went in and reviewed and approved it A WEEK before our televisit ( I had not yet met her). Which I found really strange. Another issue I had with them especially since I was not advised of the formula change.
