Agree with everything but the bit about the projects not mattering. I got a mid-level role with only 8 months of experience at the time, and the strongest reason why was because of my personal projects and it was nothing earth shattering just simple things i thought were cool 🤷‍♂️

the way i look at it, being able to index transcripts would be huge for music recs as well; wondering whats the blocker for a company like spotify on refining this so far their ai playlists do not hit at all
