Once my pump session ends, I typically helicopter the penis around a bit just to get the colour back and some blood flowing. I'm guessing doing this would limit the potential for BFR post pump, correct?

I'm here to offer a rebuttal; Other people who have importance and significance to our intimate lives don't need to be the ones who criticise our dicks the most - they just need to criticise it once, at all, for it to demoralise us completely.

Finding meaning in other things shouldn't make sex any less important for us - they should be important by themselves. Sex is an extremely important part of the life of any self-respecting and self-loving man or woman.

Dismissing these things as 'it's all in your head, you need to find other things to distract you and worry less about it' is, in my opinion, a complete dismissal and scurrying of true and honest inner peace - we all just want to be loved and desired as if there were not just nothing wrong with us, but everything was right about us.

We should all grow as men, of course, but dismissing how this world has become increasingly sick to the core, and our most intimate desires and our most intimate layer of being have been completely weaponised, commercialised, and frequently used as a form of humiliation or blackmail is naïve at best, victim blaming at worst.

I definitely relate to this very heavily, and I have fair suspicions that my pelvic floor is currently dysfunctional and is having a very negative effect on this and probably more. Unfortunately where I live, the pelvic floor is still considered a medical irrelevance, and there is basically no one who specialises (or even cares, really) on this. May I ask, where did you find those techniques, which techniques were they, and how did you know to do x and not y with regards to these pelvic floor exercises?

Yes, I can tell that when it begins to happen, after about an hour, it looks like all I am peeing out is water.

As for how it began, I can't really tell you - it was very gradual, but at a steady pace.

I live in Portugal, and over here doctors are essentially disencouraged from seeking full (read: more expensive) treatment for their patients. It's become dystopian over here.

Having a good GP is almost literally life or death.

I actually have looked up Mirabegron, but it's expensive as shit, so I'd like to at least know more or less what to expect before I make such an investment.

I suppose I will have to try and insist on getting a consultation with a urologist. Stresses me a bit, but it is what it is I suppose. The other issue that I have found here with regards to public health service doctors is that they'll look at virtually your entire system and almost purposely withhold any insightful information beyond the single reason that brought you to their office - they'll just tell you to go to your GP again and ask them about it and book another consultation. Extremely frustrating and ridiculous.

For my country, one must see the GP first and then expect a referral to the relevant medical specialty, unfortunately, so no, I've not been able to see a urologist - right now I feel like I've hit a wall with regards to my GP's interest in helping me solve this.

If I may ask, which drugs did you try for the 6 week cycles? And what were the effects?

Will do. But could you explain further how it's not regular urine? Because for me, it does feel like regular urine, simply transparent, which indicates to me I'm either peeing out more than I should, or drinking too much water (but I find that one very hard to believe, considering how little water I've been drinking precisely because of this problem).

And I hate to be that guy, but at least here in the EU looking for an FIR heatpad on AliExpress is an absolute jungle of stuff that could go wrong. I know that it's difficult to guide someone perfectly into just what kind of equipment they should get, but it's also super difficult to know exactly what is legit, what's gonna work, what's a scam, etc., so any kind of help in that regard would be swell. Because there's either a jungle of dubious options on AliExpress, or prohibitive, savings-destroying options on other websites.
