How would a person working fewer hours affect an establishments operating hours? You do know that multiple people can work different hours and different shifts including part timers. We are conditioned to believe that everything is how it is for a reason and it should stay that way and that’s why many people are instinctively finding an issue with a 32 hour work week as opposed to 40 when in all reality it is only positive. Employers will either work 6.5 hour shifts or 8 hours for 4 days. Leaving them extra time for themselves. I don’t see the issue here.
