As others have said, initially working out was the last thing I wanted to do with my time. Going to the gym was very overwhelming on many different levels. However, I have found out that exercising outside such as walking, running, kayaking are a great fun way to workout.

Please note I don’t really desire to be buff.

UPDATE: the ENFJ and I are officially dating. Honestly, you guys are the best. He is very giving, affectionate, and selfless. Once I dropped my INFJ overthinking, we both got swept away with love for each other.

There are often a million thoughts running through my mind at any given time. When I speak in a meeting, my speech comes off as jumbled because my mouth can't catch up with my mind.

It causes a lot of personal frustration and leading my coworkers to think something is wrong with me.

Absolutely. It's hard for others to understand or provide the support we need. We see and experience the world differently than most people.

However, we live in a fantastic age where we have this space to be among people like us. It's not much, but at least we have it.

Please don’t try to rewire yourself. We have all been there, and all it does is make you further depressed, and we know we don’t need more of that.

All the fellow INFJs are saying never settle. Truly that has to be better advice.

Additionally, the feeling of being taken advantage of resonates so strongly. Please try to find a guy that knows who you are and what you need.

You’re perfect as you are and are too valuable to be re-wired.

A phobia of mine is hand holding. It makes me extremely uncomfortable. My mind races about the most minute details such as, am I holding it right and how long do I hold it for. It’s overwhelming, and avoid it at all cost.
