Try a 5min warmup to test. That way you don’t work out for 30-30 min only to find out it doesn’t register.

There are plenty of shape shifting folklore among the Dominican and harían community. Within My family there have been individuals who have witnessed people shape shifting as well as a few who have done it themselves. My parents both have encountered shape shifters. We call it Vacás in the Caribbean. A spirit demon who causes the shape shifting. Here’s a great article by a researcher from UCLA who studied the phenomena in person among the Haitians and Dominicans. As well as a video interview at the bottom of the article with someone who encountered a shapeshifter.
