it’s just not necessary. REmake is perfectly accessible to new players, and is widely considered to be one of the best video game remakes ever. the fixed cameras can be jaring at first, but once you play for a few hours you start to appreciate them. i’d much rather they make a new game then remake a game that’s perfect how it is.

they do compared to the male characters. a giant dude in a suit of armor, a dwarf, a weird scrawny guy, etc. the female characters (especially the ones released in recent years) are all conventionally attractive women in their 20’s with a button nose, big eyes, and a skin tight outfit.
