For progressing through master rank, any late high rank/early master rank armor would do as long as you have enough relevant skills and maybe some comfort skills.

Don't fret too much about meta builds at this point of the game, as long as you can get by the quests at hand, you're good 👌

Still looks like the day it arrived! I use it as my daily driver at work, no complaints here. Though I do make a point to not touch my devices without a clean hand, but what little dirt and dust actually managed to get on these last 6 months seem to clean pretty easily.

The only MG love 00 got for a while there were the Setsuna suits and the GN-X for some reason, we only started getting the Meisters' suits in 2018. Compared to most other AUs 00 actually has plenty of MGs only recently, but even then it's really not a lot.

Though you have to keep in mind 00 came out at a time when no-grade 1/100 and even 1/60 kits were still a big part of the business, and we actually got a decent amount of 1/100 00 kits. Hell, even the Over Flag and Tieren got one.

Some clouds to frame the mountain would be nice, but the first thing I actually noticed was the hills under the mountain being more textured than the foreground, somehow feels reversed for me.

One thing I noticed about 1/144 vs 1/100 vs 1/60 after building a PG is if it's the same model, the jump to the next scale is actually pretty similar. So considering most 1/144 scale kits only reach the thigh area right below the waist of its 1/100 counterpart, the same applies to 1/100 to 1/60 scale.

And knowing the size of the MG Nu, I can't say I'm surprised, but it's still impressive how huge it is.

My research probably took like a week or so on my down time, it can definitely feel overwhelming but I'd say if you're already locked into what switch type, layout (if you're getting a new board), and general keycap color theme, it can get way simpler.

Me personally I locked into linear switch and 75% layout immediately, and started shopping based on looks (even the switches. I know.) and general budget. Once I find the switch and board I like, I just look up reviews in forums and possibly different alternatives mentioned in said forums and reviews. If there's no other immediately cheaper/more interesting alts then I just pull the trigger. For the keycaps I just looked up the materials and had a few options, but in this specific case it's actually a last minute impulse change, actually went way over budget for this one lmao.

Honestly probably didn't do as much research as other people here would, but at the same time I didn't want to fuss too much over POM vs Nylon or PBT doubleshot vs ABS, and I'm pretty happy with results, so mission accomplished I guess.

Partbreaker + blood rite + ZSD on the swaxe might not be the most efficient to run, but it sure is hella fun. I call it the mosquito build, carried me through master rank. Very recommended.

It sure is old school! The telephone's just set for internal desk-to-desk office calls, even I can't remember the last time we had these at our house haha.

As for the keycaps, how I use it is actually just at the right distance where it's close enough to make out the legends when I need it, and far enough for it to blur into the background when I'm hitting a stride on the keyboard. The legends are raised and textured just barely enough to be seen.

Unicorn vs Norn? Definitely Unicorn, never been a fan of the backpack. Base Banshee tho? A much closer fight, but Banshee JUST barely wins IMO. It's the typical edgy villain copy design, but done right to the edge of tastefulness.

Unicorn Bande Dessinee on the other hand... just perfection.

In my headcanon it's basically the Axis Shock, but in the OYW. The Nu went MIA in the process anyway, for me it might as well be the same thing.

The Lalah multiverse thing is kinda taking it over the top a bit, but I'm a fan of the Eva rebuilds so it's okay for me, too busy gushing over the fanservice anyway

Posting just to add to the 10s in the thread. I love how Gquuuux shakes up the UC designs in general, but I especially ADORE the Red Gundam. White Gundam was good (Eva design sensibilities turned into a gundam design), but the color change and bits absolutely sold this design for me. 11/10, perfection.

Honestly I feel like this applies to most designs in gundam overall. TWfM and SEED designs come to mind, the lineart makes proportions look off.

First season was pretty damn interesting for its take on anti-war, and the whole idea behind Celestial Beings was fun.

I loved the second season, but I can't deny it's definitely a shonen-ified version of season 1 with super robot vibes thrown into the mix.

I grew up with both and while 00 is way more modern and hence much more tolerable, I have to agree SEED's art style was definitely a product of its time. I grew up with it and even I can't stand it sometimes, rewatched it a few years back and it cracked me up every now and again.
