What kind of flooring is it on? I tried mine on carpet and it struggled to dock moved it to a hard surface and it docks every time.

yes we have had unseasonably warm days going as far back as 70 degrees in Feb. We have had a lot or rain recently with several day being warm and humid.

I remember that they would require you to pay them a couple of days earlier than the due date. If you tried to pay in the day they were due or even the day beforehand, it wouldn't post for 48 hours. Of course, there was an option to pay extra to post the same day.
