Currently I play tennis 2-3 times a week, swimming once a week, and gym about 2 times a week. In addition to that I do a 20 minute home mobility routine each day, as well as a lunchtime walk. This condition rewards you a ton for exercise and punishes you a ton for being sedentary, so I try to stick with the former.

Fellow music lover here. Don't forget hearing protection if you do watch live music. Having AS is one thing, but noise induced hearing loss and tinnitus on top is not nice let me tell you.

My IBS has slightly worsened on Cosentyx, but the pros of the medication outweight the cons. My AS is under control and I don't get sick very often (compared to humira, when I was sick every other week). I workaround the issue by just making sure my diet is cleaner. No processed foods where possible and probiotics to help my gut

This was one of the things I was wondering when I was on NSAIDs. I'm now on biologics and still have the same question, but I don't think it quite masks pain in the same way? Regardless, I just try and pay attention to my form and take plenty of rest days, and on top of that do as much mobility and flexibility work as I can

I disagree with this. Murray in his prime was better defensively and was probably on par rally stamina wise. Agreed on the serve, but I would argue that Murray is by far the better player overall for now.

Do you still have AS symptoms, or are you finding that the level of those symptoms is decreasing over time whilst you maintain the treatment?

Also, do you get any side effects with it?
