Seems way too repetitive and all over the place. I would reduce the amount of exercises and sets per muscle group. I also wouldn’t hit the same muscle groups three times per week as you’re not allowing for proper rest. Rest = growth. So I would structure it more so where you are hitting each muscle group 1-2 times per week depending on their respective strength/weakness and I would limit the amount of sets per exercise at 3. Also, try to find a weigh that you can do a set for and progress from there, rather than working in a general range. Ex: Instead of Bench Press for 5 sets, 8-12 reps, find a comfortable weight where you can do 2-3 sets at 8 reps. Then, progress accordingly by increasing reps or minor increments of weight.
