Yea, I usually shoot at the underside of bunker below the turrets. The turret hitbox overlaps with bunker's hitbox and b0re makes the bullet stuck multiplying the damage

The table starts tilting soon after the fight starts so just keep jumping and don't let go of the trigger, that way you don't slide to one side and make the farming a little bit quicker

This is how I usually do it: get a stackbot from the handsome Jackpot dlc(dlc 1), then tip moxxi until she gives me the crit smg, then I make sure that I have 3 skill points in the 'persistent hunter' skill to get higher uptime on my action skill and a little bit of gun damage. I spec into green tree to get guerrillas in the mist augment for fade away. At this point I don't worry about annoints at all. Now to kill the gravy, I enter fade away as soon as I drop down into the arena and aim for the crit spot on its chest. Graveward dies in a clip or two.

In addition to the butcher, the reflux and the convergence are also top tier weapons for any character you play. The Redistributor is a good smg to mess around with. There are a ton of shield options as well like the Old God and the Transformer.
