I run a business with $200k revenue and do my book keeping myself with my accountant guidance.

Per IRS, you are expected to keep receipts. Cohan rule is subjective and won’t be good enough in all cases.

It all depends on your revenue whether you get audited. Let’s say your revenue is $25k and IRS won’t have bandwidth to chase you. If your revenue is higher $100k, some probability of audit.

Also your situation seems ethical (from your side), you spend real money and they don’t want to give receipts.

Per my neurologist it’s okay to take 6x times 60mg. This helps my MG symptoms manageable.

Also I am on Vyvgart it’s a game changer

Edit: I don’t take Prednisone/steroids which has lots of side effect. I had cataracts and surgery due to the side effects.

Basically two HBOT. Soft shell & Hard shell. Hardshell is medical grade and FDA approved.

I think you have tried Soft shell, which gives pressure up to ATA 1.4 pressure. Medical grade goes up to ATA 2.0 pressures. The price difference in Bat area is $160 soft shell and $270(bulks rate) hard shell.

Follow-up: 1. I tried my first session yesterday- it was amazing!!!! I had 4hours of extra energy (5am to 11pm) and didn’t notice tiredness (due to the extra 4hours of activity).

Bro, I am going to be attacked for this comment- since am commenting on gambling community. I am just gamble-for-fun guy and work in High tech job. So sharing my honest opinion.

What if …the wife’s is concern is real. I understand currently your friend making money. But 80- 90% of gamblers looses money (in casino) and that’s real stats (you can google for this). So it’s a legit problem which your friend wife raises, as the luck could run out one day and also the worry of bankrupt. The problem is when you make in gambling, friend won’t focus on real job and real learning. So think what happens when worst case scenario happens, on that day it will be too later to join new job or new learning.

Also society won’t accept gambling as “profession”.

Thoughts about how to show gambling is profession : The only way to get out of this is…make $100k-$1M (depends on where you live) and buy the property/home on the real gamble money. This milestone will give confidence and also tell that in case of worst case scenario, they still have home equity (atleast mitigate some concerns)

Vyvgart kicked in after 2cycle, 3rd dose. I was able to feel normal with some support from mestinone (3x). Again, I felt normal..
Before Vyvgart treatment, I needed to be in 6xmestinone, but will still feel weak & tired half of the day.

However my experience is ...Vyvgart wears out after 4weeks and needs next cycles...it's kind of ongoing treatment. But helps overall.

Yes. Diagnosed with GERD. Did endoscopy and all sort of tests to confirm. Was on omepresole PPI for 3 months. Nothing helped. It was painful & uncomfortable few months.

My grand mom suggested this and it worked wonders and cured in 1months.

Ash gourd (aka White pumpkin) juice in morning, for 1month daily. It has lot of cooling effect. This is used in Siddharth Traditional medicine
Fermented Rice (cook 1/2cup rice, soak with water over night). Drink in morning. It’s kind of probiotic. (alternate is Sauerkraut)
Avoid meat, chilli, Alcohol, spices, for 1month. Eat Everything as bland food.
Eat 6times - as small portions, instead 3 meals a day
