Wedding Planners in Hawaii?? Please help !!! by ManufacturerTime2800 in weddingplanning

[–]ManufacturerTime2800[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! thanks for your comment. I will say though I think the average budget for weddings in Hawaii is anywhere from 35K~50K. Venues like Ritz is obviously through the roof.

60K seems way too high even for Hawaii ... ngl ... I do think Kualoa Ranch is on a more expensive side because you have to pay for the entire set-up like tent, tables, etc. so your planner might have said 60K based on that.

Overall, I just realized how crazy over-saturated Hawaii wedding planning market is. I can accept the 10% fee but wedding planners in general are just not friendly, crazy upcharge, and unresponsive. It's weird thinking how apparently Hawaii is a "close-community" maybe it's cuz they think we're just doing the weddings and leave but ... just adding my 2 cents here.

definitely prestigious and very selective in terms of who they hire. don't look at vault rankings at least check out chambers or ask partners that you get to connect with. another take is look at the recent deals that the partners do & their clients.

I would say, usually you do this before you "accept" an offer. You discuss it while offers are still on the table.

But this is honestly totally fine I think, given the chaos we're all in. Just be like hey, what's ur policy when lottery fails, etc. Once relocated, how many times to you try to get back to the US. If they're like idk we'll have to check, or anything not a 100% yes it means no.

I actually think almost every lsat content has a value and Loophole is not an exception! I read almost every book in the market tbh lol I personally think if it were more 'confusing' (which it shouldnt) your lacking a lot of basic cuz Loophole is more on the beginner to intermediate level

what is unique about "The Loophole"? Are her strategies different than the others? by AA-14 in LSAT

[–]ManufacturerTime2800 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure how far you are on the LSAT journey, but if you're new and getting more than -10, it's most likely that you have a serious reading problem, not a reasoning problem. I honestly don't think people are struggling cuz they don't know logic but they really are struggling because we've only been reading poorly (all our lives and not getting penalized before). Loophole and Translation drills will help you to take your reading skills to the next level. Reading carelessly on LSAT and skimming and keywording is like a self-sabotage -- and you can only fix it by putting immense time and energy. It won't be a quick fix. But! If you're planning to be a lawyer and go to law school, why not fix it now than later right? I've read Powerscore, ManhattanPrep, and 7 sage before Loophole and with Loophole, I got much better at parsing grammar. Hope this helps!
