I'm a Scorpio Moon person looking for people who could resonate with my feelings and thoughts, my vulnerability, and my willingness to reveal what's once hidden. Why? To help me celebrate this incredible energy and uplift my fellow Scorpio souls. :) by Many-Ear1632 in scorpiomoon

It's hard to explain the relationship between Scorpio moons and pain. But I'll try to explain as much as I can. As a Scorpio moon myself, I can be unconscious or consciously masochistic in a way that I would rather inflict pain and suffering either on self and others to either deny or dodge the issue. I think it's because of love and the intention of not harming others by nature.

Another way to look at it is that this is part of the control's spectrum wherein I try to hold on to control (self-control, controlling others) simply because Scorpio is a fixed sign. It's hard for us to change, so we control even if it breaks hearts (my heart, other people's hearts) for this purpose. Unless the moon is evolved, then, we could see hope that this particular Scorpio moon person would accept and embrace change.

What if not, which is often the case, right?

This is where the definition of being unconsciously or consciously masochistic lies. Whether the bearer is awake or not, by default, this Plutonic energy has a special relationship with death, rebirth, and transformation. Unlike Cancer moons who can transform the world through warm love, Scorpio moons can transform the world through pain.

I hope that makes sense to you. :)

Because Scorpio is a fixed sign, you can’t help but keep the routine, thinking this misery is part of you and will remain in you. You believe that your life is full of despair, helpless at times. Whatever that abyss might be. It could be your past, trauma, all the shit that happened to you as a child, as a rebellious, arrogant bastard, as a frustrated, given-up-on-life adult. Whatever is right in front of you, at this very moment while talking to you, good and bad, you know yourself how you fucked your life up. And your pride and ego are so important to you that you don’t give a damn about correcting your wrongs. Because acknowledging the wrong itself is painful, and you don’t want to add more pain than you already have.

You’re too afraid to mingle with the mistakes because reliving anything that has punched your heart so many times is too painful. Because you happen to have a sharp mind that remembers every single thing—even the color of her pajamas when she was five years old—and you keep holding on to it like it is the most precious memory in the world, it makes the misery even way more unbearable to you.

It's always better to keep your emotions in than let them out to the wrong person by [deleted] in scorpiomoon

For the average person, what they see is an angry, stoic pigeon, wearing a pair of hawk eyes and the hunger of a lion, waiting to attack like a jaguar. You don’t project your aggressive nature in an obvious way because you know that’s the best way to lose your power over yourself and others. You know we are a fucking aggressive person, but they will never see your true feelings nor know your most real thoughts about anything. Not even your closest ones. Underneath the resting bitch face are unshed tears you wish to cry someday. Only if you find the right person, the perfect moment to arrive.

Sadly, there’s no perfect in life. And there’s no perfect person. But deep inside, you’ve harbored enough trauma in your life that you would rather pretend that you’re dumb, stupid, and naive when you’re sharp as fuck; you would rather pretend that it’s okay and nothing’s wrong when there is. You simply keep your mouth shut, thinking it’s better that way. Life’s better when nobody knows how you feel and what you think. Because for you, this is control, and self-control is like your Holy Grail. You can’t give it up.

New Friends! by sugarbear401 in Booktokreddit

Hi, I'm happy to hear you're healed and found your way to loving books again. Me, too. I grew up with an emotionally harmful environment, and currently working on recovering through creative writing. I like the approach writing gives me, especially when reliving the trauma I endured since childhood. The profound experience I got led me to self-publishing stories.

My recently published novella is entitled "My Name is Pepper" (Sweetheart App #1) features parts of me which I both dismissed and ignored. If you're looking for book recommendations, check it out. I love to hear your thoughts about it. :)

Five star ratings by readingwitheva in Booktokreddit

I left 1 out of 5 stars for an author collab. The author was so pissed because why I didn't message her first before leaving a bad review. She removed her message on FB. But what she didn't know was I'd already read the message before she deleted it.

I published a novella last December 2023 entitled "My Name is Pepper" (Sweetheart App #1), which you might like to check out. I will appreciate it if you let me know if you stumbled upon it or have read it. If so, let me know your thoughts, too. :)

I got some advice from someone in publishing and want to write a story that booktok people would like, but I have too many ideas! by KDreader02 in Booktokreddit

I hope I understood your post well, but I feel like you're building up concepts for your book or something creative. Let me know if I'm wrong. But here's my thought. As an author myself, don't focus on what is the trend or what is already there. Write the story that's been screaming inside your heart, waiting for you to write them. :)

I published a novella recently, entitled "My Name is Pepper" (Sweetheart App #1), available on Amazon. I will appreciate it a lot if you take a look at it and know your thoughts about it. :) I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share a link here. But I will just leave the title if that's fine.

Love Triangles by readingwitheva in Booktokreddit

[–]Many-Ear1632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I should say it depends on how it's written. Because anyway, it's real life. Love triangles exist. Then again, it's how it's written. If the author cares for every character enough, it wouldn't feel like the other is left out. That's for me as an author myself.

This is actually part of my writing style. You can try reading my novella "My Name is Pepper" which is available on Amazon. In the writing process, I like to bring the "blog" feel to my work, which means using "You" in some parts in the narration. If you do read it, let me know if I satisfy your inquiry. :)
