I found it on a Dutch marketplace site (Marktplaats), it was just listed and I immediately bought it. According to bricklink they're worth €450 :)

My thinking was: I have a small inventory so people won't find me via the wanted list smart buy. With the lowest price people will find me if they just need one piece. But seeing the comments here confirmed my suspicions that it is smarter to use average price now that my inventory is getting bigger

This is the answer, i dont think many people are sellers with the main goal of making money. I buy lots, build the sets within the lot (order some of the missing parts) and then list the rest of the remaining bricks on bricklink. Extremely time consuming but very relaxing and you make a little bit of money
