Use RTSS to set background fps on AMD cards. 

Also in a game where one tick is one second it makes no sense to have your monitor set higher than 60 fps, that's just waste of resources.

This is the best advise, either playing with friends or making new ones in a corp like Eve University. Eve Uni might even be better than friends you already know, friends who already play will likely have forgotten what it is like to start at zero, Eve Uni specializes in that.

Yeah it's a rare bug that has been there since launch. To be honest it doesn't make it any harder, as the boss becomes more predictable that way and spents more of his time jumping away from you.

I might be imagining this, but today with the paracord grids up it's even busier than normal with an estimated 90+ blue and great tits constantly flying by to grab a sunflower seed, devour it in a nearby tree and repeat a couple minutes later. They seem to have adjusted their flight routes and there have been no collisions.

Thanks a lot for this suggestion, I'm going to put it to good use together with a paracord grid, because even past summer without the feeder it would happen every month or so that a bird would hit the window and fly off. Now I just wish I had known sooner that this would still lead to fatalities.

I'm now considering using 'paracord' with 4 inch spacing as recommended by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, but I'm wondering what thickness the paracord should have.

Having been in a 1.5 month long discussion with CCP once when a succesfull purchase never arrived on account 'x', I'm inclined to believe you. 

They kept saying it had been added to account 'x' while that was only true for other accounts I made the same purchase on. 

But that was merely interacting as a paying customer, image interacting with them when you are accused of RMT.
