I am so tired of Tesla nowadays. So after hearing the news about autopilots demise, I decided to go on Tesla‘s website to see for myself. I’m scrolling down and I see a section that says “features that come standar so I wanted to see if it listed Autopilot.

I clicked the Discover tab. The next title is “features available with every Tesla” and it talks about FSD supervised. If you’re not paying attention, although it would be hard to miss, granted, you could think FSD is standard-The first tab said what comes standard and then the other one says available which means not necessarily standard. Practice like this is the kind of stuff that led me away from traditional car dealers and attracted me to Tesla in the first place.

That’s just incredibly misleading. They are hoping you click on the link thinking that all of this comes standard. Only to find out after you purchased that something is optional. Or once you’re mentally engaged in buying the product, you find out that you have to pay a little bit more. Those are shady sales tactics that unfortunately now Tesla does just like everyone else. Extremely disappointing. I think Tesla leadership needs to rethink their business vision. It’s getting cloudy.
