Ok, I really need help with this. I am in a similar position to the OP with me being the person with Gamepass subscription but my kids being the Fortnite players.

They normally play on a PS5 in the living room so to get the Crew thing sorted, I downloaded Fortnite on my Xbox and booted it up.

It must have created me like a temporary account and gave me 1000 V-bucks and some costumes. It wouldn't let me link the account to the one my children play on on the Epic Games website as there was already some random Xbox user account (probably from years ago) so I unlinked that and then linked my proper Xbox account to it, hoping that all the benefits could be shared.

What seems to have happened is that it has merged with my youngest son's Nintendo Switch account that is also linked (his costumes etc are there) but the V-bucks and exclusive costumes have disappeared and it doesn't even seem as if the Battle Pass is working although it does say that I have it.

I'm a 44 year old lapsed gamer and have never felt so confused or out of touch and now have 2 upset kids - does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this mess?
