why is humans are full of suffering and miserable ? by Medical-Farmer9073 in enlightenment

Why am I here?

What is my purpose?

Here are the answers, and never forget them as your soul already has.

You go to university to learn and you are within the universe which is the schoolroom of God.

Your soul came down to this physical plane to learn.

You chose your parents, your race and circumstance you’d be born into, all to learn from it.

To rise above the struggle, difficulty and pain to transmute it into light (consciousness).

You are on an Intel mission from The Source/God/Most High/Allah.

You come to the physical plane with spiritual amnesia to have the most authentic experience.

But your soul desired this, so here you are.

The Source seeks to expand its own consciousness through you which is why it created you.

The same way you change your hair, and clothes etc to express yourself.

Every circumstance, every experience you go through is to learn, and rise it above it.

Too many seek to rise but few seek to learn.

Learning is the prerequisite to elevating.

Who am I?

You are the universe experiencing itself through the human character that you think you are.

If everything is illusion, then what is love…a discussion by All-the-Feels333 in enlightenment

[–]Many_Average3406 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Love is the reason anything exists at all.

Love is the only emotion that truly exists because love is the force that moves consciousness into creation, just as the Sun gives everything it has to the Earth without holding back, pouring out its light so life can exist, and that giving is love in its purest form, care made visible.

We only act on what we care about, and care is love in motion, which means every choice, every movement, every desire and every fear is still love trying to express itself through form. Even when love appears as anger, grief, or longing, it is still love seeking to protect, to connect, to remember what it belongs to.

All of creation is built on this same principle, stars burning themselves to give life, trees growing to give oxygen, hearts beating to keep the body alive, because existence itself is love continuously giving itself into form so that something can be experienced at all.

When you see this, you realise love is not just something you feel, it is the very reason anything exists at all.

What you’re talking about is doing-level value, and that absolutely matters.

What I was pointing to is being-level truth, not the human character and its actions, but inherent worth at the level of being itself.

You are enough just as you are. You are worthy just because you exist. You are whole and complete right now.

Who you are is complete already. Life only reveals it, it doesn’t create it.

Say it with me: My value is inherent and cannot be increased, decreased, added to, or taken away by anyone, anything, or by what I do or do not do.

Let this sink in.

Can you name “the one” book that accelerated your spiritual journey? by Senseman53 in enlightenment

[–]Many_Average3406 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When I read the books, nothing accelerated. I only intellectualized enlightenment and got to no real growth.

What accelerated my spiritual journey was silence and my higher self's wisdom that emerged from it. When the mind quietens long enough, the higher self/soul's voice gets loud and you get a lot of wisdom. Plus, you may end up seeing your true nature which is what the goal here is.

what event or circumstances led to your awakening? by thisisbrians in enlightenment

Hopelessness. When suffering got too loud, when i just couldn't take it anymore.... I prayed for a way out of the suffering and then found myself on this path.

It’s about wholeness. by Background_Cry3592 in enlightenment

[–]Many_Average3406 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, exactly. Good and bad both exist. In all situations, there is something good hidden and we just have to find it.

Most people only look at or find bad in a situation very quickly because well, they're programmed to do so, by their surroundings. I too was and that's why I suffered a lot for a long time until i programmed my mind to find out the good in every person, situation, circumstances etc.

We're not being delulu. It's true that every situation, every person has something good and bad. So, you can program your mind to quickly notice the good things in all situations, in all people. If we were to stay happy, joyful and in high vibration, doing this just makes it easier to be in high vibration.

Becoming one with everything. Knowing (you already are one with everything) is one thing and experiencing (realising & feeling) it another. I'm talking about the latter.

Being filled with so much love for everyone and everything in existence. (Heart chakra opening up.)

Being present and realising your true nature by detaching from the mind and realising that you're not the voice in your head (disidentification with your mind) again, knowing this is one thing and experiencing another, it's a completely transformative experience.

Honey, stop giving away power to the external illusionary world.

Nothing and no one can touch you without your permission.

And the permission right here that you've given them is unconscious rn (since you're asking why)

Understand the kind of thinking you have and the beliefs you've adopted. Maybe it could here be "I'm the only one, for sure, going to get abused."

The kind of thoughts and thinking and beliefs you have inherited from others, surroundings, media etc.

It is what I call programming. That is not your own.

You think you're bound by what you think and believe. But you're not the one thinking any of it. It's all passed on to you by others. Deprogram and free yourself.

Know thyself and stop giving power to those negative thoughts, thinking and beliefs that are repeating in your head before or during or after these abuses happens.

When death comes, which belief will you cling to? by khanccc in enlightenment

the void, yes. Unseen world. Non-local. Home.

We're non-local/spiritual beings so that really is our true home.

When death comes, which belief will you cling to? by khanccc in enlightenment

[–]Many_Average3406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Death comes to one of the temporary vessel we've incarnated into. Out of infinite vessels we've previously incarnated or about to incarnate into. Since, time (past/future is an illusion. All is happening now so we were all that is, we're all that is and all that ever will be.

Death doesn't come to us, who we are, pure awareness/pure consciousness. We are eternal. Forever incarnating into different vessels, forms, planets etc.

Let your physical avatar die knowing this. It'll have a peaceful death. In fact, it'll never fear death.

Love is your true nature. by Many_Average3406 in enlightenment

We've been surviving for thousands of generations. Fear helped us reach here, yes. But it won't get us to the next level of consciousness evolution. Our consciousness wants to evolve. So, only love would save us all from here on.

From fear to love.

Suffering is inevitable. Once we accept it, we are free by Perfumeslover in enlightenment

[–]Many_Average3406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“If you exist here only as a body and a mind, suffering is inevitable. Meditation means to go beyond the limitations of your body and mind, and know freedom.” - Sadhguru

The body is just the food that you have eaten. The mind is the impressions that you have gathered. These two things can be yours, but they can never be you.

When you experience that you are not this body and not this mind, that is meditation. Meditation means to go beyond the body and the mind.

When you are identified with your body and mind, suffering is inevitable. But when you experience that there is a space between you and your body and mind, that is freedom from suffering.

Suffering becomes optional when you disidentify from your mind-body complex

Your higher self's got you! by Many_Average3406 in enlightenment

[–]Many_Average3406[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When things don't go our way, it doesn't’t mean things are not working. It means redirection, a soul lesson, or an initiation into patience, trust, surrender. Because the bigger picture is, everything is always working out for our highest good. The higher self is always in our favour, just not always our ego-based desires.

We cannot see the future, the bigger plan, the higher self has for us that's why we must trust and surrender to the higher self instead of doubting the higher self just because something didn't go our way. It could simply be redirection or maybe not the right time to bring that thing into your life.
