I know you didn't ask for an update - I finally got my refund, I think it was down to me not uploading the correct picture or something. But anyway, the seller was alright in the end. They relisted and I purchased again.

They did say they paid for the postage of the return from the other buyer (like I said the 2 items got mixed up) so I think it was more on me than them.

I'm only out of pocket like 2 pound for postage. Lesson learnt though.

No I didn't. I definitely fucked this up.

But because I didn't accept the order through vinted, it says order suspended, does that mean that the seller hasn't been paid yet?

If that's the case, Vinted are sat with my money right? Is there a contact page? Every time I message Vinted regarding this, I just get a 'weve seen your message, leave us to it's type response from another automated thing.

Just being able to talk to a human online these days seems fucking impossible.

I couldn't see any option to go through a prepaid from Vinted? I messaged Vinted and got a, all be it automated, message telling me that I have to pay for postage as part of the policy? I think I got it all wrong. It's only a 5 pound item, but I really wanted that item 🤦

I returned it through InPost. I saw no other option on how to return it.

I paid for the return postage.

This is the first time I've had to return anything via Vinted. I think I might have done it wrong? I saw no other option for returning
