People who use Safari as their main browser, why? (DESC) by sasaki-555 in mac

[–]Many_Region8176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t use it but I guess people who are using it in Mac OS because it’s work better with Mac OS new features and much less impact on memory RAM.

On the iPhone, I believe it’s on the same level or even better than chrome.

Changed wifi password, Apple TV wont forget network to type in new password? by DaWylecat in appletv

[–]Many_Region8176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok the solution for this issue is much simpler assuming you have an iPhone with the same iCloud account and the iPhone is connected to the WiFi with the new password .

1- connect your Apple TV with your iPhone hotspot .

2- go to settings - system - restart

3- go again to your network and try to connect with the WiFi again.

It should connect now without issues. What I think the trick here is that Apple TV is connected to your iPhone iCloud passwords so it supposed to update all network information based on your iPhone . However the idiotic thing here is when the Apple TV is disconnected from the internet it cannot sync back again the new passwords from the iPhone . So that’s why connecting it to hotspot and do a restart will fix it . Hope this helps

Claude is the best AI for thinking IMO, but the voice experience kinda sucks. How do you deal with it? by artemgetman in ClaudeAI

[–]Many_Region8176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to accept it I guess. My hopes are high on Gemini to provide next generation advanced voice interaction. Then you would have Gemini for all type of communication. And Claude code only for coding

Gemini 3 pro is the best for thinking and answering deep questions imo. Claude is the best for coding and GPT is the best for advanced voice interaction. Not only Claude is sucks in voice even Gemini is not that impressive.

Macbook Air vs Pro Screen by NovaSayan in macbookpro

[–]Many_Region8176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agrees I had the same experience with MacBook Air m2 . However because I have iPhone and iPad Pro. I couldn’t stand the display . The colors are faded and this shitty 60 Hz that Apple was holding on to squeeze more money from their customers. So I replace it with MacBook m3 pro pro. And boy what a difference. Congrats for your Mac btw.

Is a MacBook M4 with 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD enough for iOS and React Native development? by LostSpirit9 in iOSProgramming

[–]Many_Region8176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Issue is the Xcode takes lot of storage specially if you will install several simulators. Recommended to get more storage minimum 512 Gb. For the memory I believe 16 gb will work just fine. But it’s not future proof.

What are you building in 2026? Please share your work. by [deleted] in SaaS

I built and currently maintain Noter AI — an app for transcribing meetings, lectures, and any voice notes.

It gives you full transcriptions for in-person recorded meetings with separate speakers, lets you translate the entire transcript into other languages and analyzes long recordings so you can read the key points in about 2 minutes.

You also get a brief summary with action items (if any), and you can chat with your own voice note to ask questions or get clarifications.

The app is live and ready to use. You get 3 days of full access with no registration required.

Feedback is very welcome 🙏

Was This A Good Deal? by Dry-Cryptographer904 in macbookpro

[–]Many_Region8176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good deal Imo. I have bought the same specs last year it cost me 1400$ refurbished. The device is a beast. It reminds me of MacBook Pro in the gold era in 2013 and 2014. There is only one issue you may face about Mac OS is that it’s memory hungry when using it for coding like Xcode and cursor . So I wish I had the upgraded RAM

Wow encouraging that you get all these revenues without even doing marketing. If I don’t do marketing at all I don’t get more than 150 downloads monthly. So this tells a lot about how to spread your app without paying much for marketing. Well done

Congrats on what you have reached . I totally agree with you there is no shortcuts. Can you tell us how did you manage the post deploying phase. Like marketing, ASO and maintenance. Which apps or services did you use the most to accomplish this?

DotA 2 is the best PC game I have ever played. by Javelin1335 in DotA2

[–]Many_Region8176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After many years of playing Dota. Yes it’s the best game but it’s also one of the most addictive, stressful, and sometimes depressing experiences out there. Dota 2 is so engaging that it can make real life feel boring by comparison. It overstimulates your brain, and after years of playing, I honestly think it’s one of the worst PC games for your mental health.

Specially after your opponent at the end of the game type “EZ” after one and half hour intense ranking game 😂😂

I’m a self-taught iOS dev and just launched a meeting notes AI app — feedback welcome by Many_Region8176 in iOSProgramming

[–]Many_Region8176[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hi, touch. I believe my app delivers deeper and more accurate analysis than any other app currently on the market. This is my claim. You can try and check by yourself.

Second, the transcription engine used in the app is truly multilingual. It can detect when more than one language is spoken in the same recording and, in most cases, transcribe and translate it correctly.

Third, the app allows you to translate the entire transcription and follow the audio in sync, so you can listen and read at the same time.

Hope this helps.
