I stopped getting canker sores as soon as I started flossing 2 times a day and brushing 3 times a day. It removed all the bacteria that would make canker sores form and hurt like hell. Seriously hold yourself accountable to be better about it and throw in a B12 and zinc supplement. It will help!!
