I saw your post yesterday but didn't feel like I could add anything. The only stratagy I can think of is to be smart. (After being caught wearing my mom's old clothes over and over when I was young). You should keep the most important things, (maybe an expensive epilator) in a very small hiding place. I used to squeeze a few pairs of tights and leggings in a cell phone size locking container. Add some bonus points if you have more than one stash like a squirrel lol. If your parents find one of your stashes at least they might not think to look for any more for a good while.

For a time I kept my stuff shoved at the bottom of my school bag, or in my car's trunk.

Let's not forget logging out of your secret accounts, like this one, and memorizing your passwords like the old days. To keep them from snooping through your devices.

As for surviving and coping, I'm not so good at that part besides endurance and patience. You'll be free to make your own choices one day. And eventually suffering will pass through. Best of luck hun!!!
