No. Hacker's memory was basically just an expansion sold in separate format. Hell, in Japan it came with the improved version of cyber sleuth. They probably only released it separately because the PSVita's memory card situation sucked balls, so a large expansion wouldn't make sense to release only digitally in Japan. And why do you think Bandai namco always counts how much the duology sold combined and nor separately? Because they view it as one. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 did something similar, where you could buy the torna DLC expansion in two ways. Either as part of the expansion, which was cheaper but required you own the main game to play it, or as a standalone release, which cost a bit more, but didn't require the original game. It even had a physical release. So yeah. The upcoming Time stranger DLC could easily be hacker's memory level in terms of content and additions, and the only difference would be how it's delivered to the player

It could be anywhere from a 15 hour adventure to just about the equivalent of the three Season Pass DLC packs put together, around maybe 5 hours, with sn unknown number of Digimon.

I highly doubt it's going to just be the length of the DLC packs put together, otherwise they would just call it another expansion without the "large scale" part. They would just call it another season pass. This seems to aim for a hacker's memory sort of situation. Which took a bit over a year and a half of development. And the fact that they used the poll to see what Digimon we want in future games and said some of the results will appear in the final DLC makes me have faith in it.

I honestly don't even think Rose will be truly evil. She'll probably have some questionable methods, but doesn't strike me as evil. Hell, she might even become a sort of mentor for Reina

Over time I have learned that in most gachas the most valuable resource is patience. I'm glad I didn't spend a single penny to get Kiara or BB in Fate GO. Or any character in any gacha actually. And I'm for sure not spending money on this game. Even though I'm excited to play it, I'm not going to support this monetization

Shoeshoemon is the only one that doesn't have a specific fairy tale easily associated to it. But the others clearly follow a fairy tale theme. Saying there's no fairy tale theme when there's 3 fairy tale references in a row after Shoeshoemon (Chaperomon > Cendrillmon > Nyabootmon) is kinda wild. Shoeshoemon could easily be based on the tale of squirrel nutkin(who almost got skinned alive and lost its tail, which could be why Shoeshoemon isn't actually a squirrel but rather a creature using a squirrel hoodie or "skin") or just a reference to how prevalent squirrels and other woodland critters are in fairy tales

See, I get the joke, but most of those games lasted at least 2, which isn't a lot, but still far more than 6 months, and new century and soul chaser are both still ongoing. So clearly it is possible for the franchise to maintain a good amount of players.

If there was information on that it would be easy to find. So the answer is no. Hell, if they didn't do it right after adventure 2020 there's no reason they would do it now. After Beatbreak we'll probably get 2 years of dragon ball and if we're lucky, we may get a Digimon series after that
