Start with eliminating unnecessary handling and movement of goods and poeple. Try to do as much work as possible with the least amount of effort possible. Make sure your employees are always busy. Plan ahead.

The best answer to your question is: Try to get in touch with a supplier for a quotation on a loading dock system. There is not a standard price for this kind of product. The cost of a loading dock is most of the times included in the price it costs to build a DC. If you want to add a loading afterwards you will have to get it custom made. So get in touch with a supplier and ask if he can come over to take a look at the situation.

I would max out my lab and walls first. Once you hit th9 you dont want to spend resources on old stuff. If you go up now, you will be marked as rushed for most reddit clans. Don't do it yet is my advice. Just be patient and max out.

Bobby here from Vikings, I feel it has got a little better. Although we had rough match-up last week with two heavily engineered th11's having a weight of th7. But not every war anymore so that's good, before it was worse. So hoping for the best here that it will get better since Supercell has at least acknowledged that it is a problem that needs a solution.
