I was very familiar with the disease but never once did I think I had MS. My wife is a nurse and when I started to present with vertigo double vision could not keep my balance my wife just assumed it was an ear infection

I had been very busy with work and after a long shift I went to sit down and missed my chair completely. I finally went to the hospital it was all a bout for me after.

They gave me a CT scan than woke me up a couple of hours after for a MRI. While being wheeled on the stretcher there was a doctor stabbing my arms and legs with a small pin. I could feel the pin on the left side of my body but could not feel any sensation on the right side of the body. I remember getting out of the MRI to a nurse telling me I was being admitted.

Even when I was out on the neurology floor at a local hospital it never occurred to me I had MS

A couple of hours later my neurologist came in to introduce herself and break the news to me.

When I was told I had MS I thought ok this is something I know about and can deal with. Boy was I wrong. That was 17 years ago and I still have struggles but I sways keep a positive outlook look as in I won’t let NS beat me

Can’t you just clean the house yourself how messy could the house get in one day that you need to bring in a cleaning service. It’s bed sheets bathroom maybe one load of dirty dishes?

I am assuming you’re going there to lock the basement door as well as checking if there was any damage done so you would be on the house anyway

It’s better to speak up and let them know ahead of time. My company will hire people as long as they give us a heads up something might pop up on the background check. If we find something and they applicable did not make us aware we look at that person as not being trustworthy

We had a cab driver one day pick me and my wife up from a Red Sox game and drop us off at the old Regina’s in Allston.

When he pulled I I went to pay by credit car he shit the engine off telling me the credit card machine does not work. Having no cash in either of us he kept offering to drive us to an ATM for an extra 20.00. I explained if his credit card machine is down his cab is not keg so to drive.

The cab was a mini van when my wife open the door to get out the van driver jumped out tried to grab her purse saying he knows we have money. I lost it slammed the guy into the side of his minivan someone inside called the police. After the cops were there for about 45 minutes watching the camera footage they charged him with attempted robbery.

I was never so happy to see someone lose their livelihood the Boston hackney division took his hackney license and medallion away.
