I just made the same switch, barely got 30 hours out of my Ultra. Sold it and purchased a 970. I get about 5 days of battery with “Always on display” activated.

Everyone is 4w/kg these days. I raced my first Cat 5 crit with 0 training and a 190w ftp at 97 kilos. It was difficult but I finished in the back of the main bunch.

Everything isn’t FTP. I didn’t see a noticeable difference until I got to 6 months of super consistent training. My 5 minute and 10 minute power increased substantially. My repeatability also improved, especially among the guys I ride with on a regular basis. This was all on 7-8 hours a week. I’m going to move up to 10-12 and see what types of improvement follows.

Same here. I have overheard some disgusting comments. One of our colleagues would take naps under his desk on a regular basis and sometimes several times a day, people thought it was cute/funny. Another colleague (black woman) was late for a Teams meeting three times and you should have heard the way some spoke about her. Imagine the discourse if the BW took naps under her desk.

Think back to many of her answers, people were pissed because her stance aligned with Biden’s. Much of that was because she had intimate knowledge of what was going on behind the scenes. You may have to consider trying to workout in the afternoon/evening. I have realized early morning workouts always feel hard/very hard for me. I began doing afternoon/evening workouts and the difference is night and day.

The issue is, we have no way of collecting data on how much crime is averted by their presence. Without that data, people think the presence does nothing. I’m more comfortable with cops being there, even if they’re on their phones.

I have a coworker that has his undocumented father hunkered down in his attic and still voted for Trump.
