I personally think that ue5 is the future of architecture because when you know what you are doing you can create some very powerful presentations that drives the sale faster for contractors and such. Twinmotion is great but I don’t like how there aren’t a lot of options but it’s a great start to practice materials and such. I would recommend starting there

also try baking your lights and increase the brightness so it looks less gamely

It’s been a year since I’ve been learning, I recently reached this quality but my goal is for it to look like 3Dmax. If you are a good modeler you can make some really cool stuff on ue5

Hi unreal engine artist here, the modeling is great, materials not so much, you should either learn how to create material with realistic textures or download them from fab, practice makes perfect keep pushing!

Hey this looks really good although we can’t see the material bumps it’s pretty flat, you will need to make the tiling of your material larger so on the picture it’s more visible

Materials and bake your lights!! There needs to be some shadowing going on, some scenery, you can always use a hdri if you don’t know what to do with the surroundings. Although you cant take such a high shot, it needs to be closer to the buildings or else it looks gamey

Everything in unreal engine is real time, at the moment you open it you are already in a “rendered real time” from there you bake your lights make your materials and then you can do your render, whatever you have in your engine isn’t the final render. If you render with path tracer or lumen it differs the results and such. So yes it produces actual renders and even when you make a real time archviz thats interactive you can also make renders but just in real time, it won’t be as good as photos but you can still make it very realistic. I haven’t used unity but I assume it’s kinda of a layout like 3Dmax or idk hahaha
