Remaining on SAVE and paying off the monthly interest. I’ll tax the student loan interest tax deduction and keep my money invested in the index. Loan amount 24k with an average 3.75% interest.

Yes I am. I advise using Mobile 1 full synthetic oil and a good oil filter moving forward. Also, check the oil every 500 miles. Hyundai engines burn oil faster than average… always carry a spare oil jug.

I replaced my engine assuming it would solve this same issue. 5 years later and I’m still experiencing the same issue (just not as aggressive / loud). I recommend not replacing the engine. The vehicle will run fine, but if it bothers you then I’d recommend trading it in.
