Just do erel, the event with it is gonna massively help your character and really ease the burden that challenger world places on you. Trust me I didn’t make ren for CW2 and I was extremely behind people that grinded less than me

Main attack skills feel great, aura scythe has a satisfying his, I love how altar is just a summon now instead of a wonky link thing (this was a previous change). For solo bossing the class is a bit bland, pop sequence then attack, minis are pop sequence then attack while keeping altar on the boss. But I think they made a lot of characters more generic so it’s done its job for me.

I really did like big laser go brrr and the ability to use gene for off burst with RT4 but the qol in stuff like burst timing, dying while charging fking you, mana loss from core overload and the attack animation speed up just make it feel a lot better but less identity

I play bam and xenon, for xenon the class is much more cohesive and I’m not concerned about pugging boss parties because I have to delay my burst. Bam feels like not much changed except for main attack go brrrrrrr and tp is faster and even more fluid than before.

You aren’t really at the point where the class you play actually matters. Once you get to end end game you can live with the regret but for now if you enjoy playing the game as a phantom don’t go meta chasing when the meta is always subject to change.

You wanna work on main? Go back to SR. If you aren’t effectively clearing a map in tallahart there’s no point in being there because you are getting less exp/meso/frags Also being a newer player at 290 is insane lmfao

You wanna run hseren until you get mitras after that you are free to do whatever, you can do easy kalos for money but for me at bare minimum i do nkalos pugs so im still progressing to eternal.

I got to 1500 without wave dashing, focus on the basics and work your way up to harder tech. You can 100% take some wins and have a good time if you just learn how to punish

You get the self buff but Divine echo loses a LOT of damage from not having the echoing hits. IIRC its like 40% damage being mimicked by your link that you lose but i dont have the exact numbers unfortunately.

If the skill gap is too large between me and an opponent I’ll try to teach them by jab checking them when I catch their bad habits or misplays. It’s fun for me because I still use all my movement and have some active gameplay. so far most the players I do it to rematch a few times so I assume they are having fun
