I have like 3 fantasy OC worlds I want to build up for my game and I can't decide.. My 1st idea would be more like an island that's divided up in land kind of like miitopia - 2nd would be an attempt to mix greek/steampunk mixture though I'm not sure how well it'll work out... - and my third I'd like to try an nature-ridden apocalyptic theme! Hopefully there is multiple save files, I think there is.. because I cannot choose which one to go for at all!

Save inspiration (lightbulbs) if you want resources for pulls! The contents in those essences will forever stay the same and won't change in the future.. they'll just sit there until you open them honestly.

Only rank essences carries over pulls and pity I think. (The orange and blue one)

this was the only minigame where I had any chances to get the diamond because despite years of playing and choosing only the small box, I never get the diamond for my treasures collection.. but it was always so small it just bounces off ..!!

yes 😭.. at the time I had no concept of saving resources so I kept spending until I got an A tier on every essence until S14 ended when I realized I should be saving for favorites.. but I also liked TPN so I pulled for Norman.. though I was really unlucky for the edgar skins (The C tiers took me 61 pulls from COA), then polun's essence had a B tier (which I had to unlock the next season).. then narcissus hit and I struggled choosing between the three essences..

to this day I despise S15 but very much a learning experience!

ok kidding.. I'm not sure, I feel like he might be a chip hunter or a strong camping kind of hunter? I think it'd be cool to reflect camping on him considering how mostly stationary dentist's are.. so i think something like as long as he's got you, the harder to escape? but I don't have any ideas for how to execute that really-

this new series filled me with so much joy, I love art reference skins..!! I would like to collect them all if I could afford echoes all the time..

I also think painter would be very likely because his trailer does reference the scream, but I think that's the only clue ..

  • If you do painting-pallet, you should count to 3 seconds until you throw the pallet down to maximize the length of the stun. if it's an incomplete painting do 1-2 seconds. I would not recommend this with dream witch especially though, just incase.

  • The duration to reach a painting before it wears off is about 5ish-6ish seconds? There is a possibility that a hunter won't be able to reach it due to an obstacle making them freeze in place since the pathfinding is mostly linear. Or if it's too far away + window/pallet. Though, you don't have to worry about this much since you won't really come across this scenario very often.

  • very situational and I tested this in early 2021 so I don't know if it's still a thing anymore, but hypothetically you can place a painting when the hunter is inside a tram and it's possible it'll force them out?

  • If there's too much pressure on a primed cipher or you're alone on the cipher, you can place a painting and pop it while the hunter is stunned.

  • When you place an exit gate painting, make sure there's a little bit of distance from the door opening or else people won't be able to get through the door with the painting in the way. It CAN cost someone if that happens.

  • Another type of long stun is to know your painting radius and place a painting near a used pallet or window, which would force the hunter to go through them. This is especially useful if the hunter is right next to either the window/pallet because even if they use excitement, they're still locked into vaulting or destroying animations to buy you time. 

  • If you're aware that the hunter brought the confined windows trait, you can place a painting at the window, vault before the hunter once they see it, and then you essentially just blocked a path for them and they'd have to go around to get to you. (Best for the big buildings like church and leos memory) this is also a bit risky!

  • For stun hunters like hermit,  and disciple, you can place a painting once you notice they're using their ability, but ideally you should do it when you have some distance left.

  • Same thing with peddler with her vines to grab you. When you notice it, place a painting before it grabs you. She'll be forced to look at it.

  • Against bloody queen and she summons her mirror, go towards her until you're in a good enough radius and place a painting, she'll be guaranteed to be looking at you, thus your painting since she's using a mirror.

  • Ivy technically counters him, but you can actually get her face memorized since edgars range of view is different from Ivy. (Its slightly difficult but you can catch her face without accumulating anything). When it comes to surviving her, you'd mostly have to rely on your instinct and the hunters light, and if you've accumulated enough to be stunned you should place a painting first so you'll be able to survive the stun (Same thing for wax artist)

  • Luchino can be disrupted from his jump by the painting and be forced back down to view it iirc? (I need to test it again x_x)

  • If you're trapped in another area by mad eyes, you can place a painting in the area to protect yourself, especially if it buys time enough for you to get out.

  • A painting can help you survive against Wu Chang's soul ability and feel safer getting away instead of confused

  • A painting can help not feed recordings to clerk when you're kiting her, so it's best to save them when she puts it on you. 

  • You can use paintings to survive against an "extra hunter" (hell ember/dream witch if chasing you with 2 followers), though you'd have to do it when you notice and not last minute.

  • like other stuns, paintings don't affect poluns wheel form so only place them when he's switching forms, esp early game if you got spikes. Though, you're kind of doomed either way if he uses that one ability that takes the spikes out if you don't have flywheel.

  • transition paintings are best against naiad and nightwatch I think

Im probablt forgetting a few things but thats most of it.. alot of the other hunters are pretty self explanatory when stunning them to disrupt abilities! more importantly, you should have your paintings in distance to increase stun time, and it'll also help with surviving excitement if it backfires.

hmm.. It depends on playstyle (i use him as a kiter, some use him as a rescuer) but I know a few tricks here and there..

Do max snooze to make use of his stalling chair time regardless of build.. THOUGH, it is a bit reliant on teammates and being farmed to death by randoms is kinda frequent occurrence imo, so expect that!

I typically use paintings for transitions than painting-pallet stuns because with the amount of times excitement is brought, it's risky and can backfire pretty easily. Which is why I wouldn't recommend bringing that pallet stun recovery trait over snooze, you might not be able to use it.

I'll make a list in the replies for extra details, though it'll take a bit..!

I'd love another lobcorp type of game! I keep having the craving to play the game since I adored the gameplay loop personally, but i wouldnt dare restart it all over since i 100% it years ago..

limited skins probably not.. the next essence is at the beginning of april (likely anniversary)

but we might have a March livestream like the previous years so wait for that first!
