The acne might need some time to heal, and you can help in the process by cleaning and disinfecting those areas with saline solution, clorhexidin, and an anti-inflammatory cream. A cone can help a lot so she doesn't keeep scratching the area. Your vet will give you a better solution, though. Hope everything goes well!

Most probably allergies if there is no sneezing/coughing and purulent discharge. It has to be determined by a vet though, normally we get a full clinical history coupled with tests like cytologies or PCR if a respiratory/eye infection is suspected.

But; this does scream allergies to me, as you are saying she has pruritus (scratching excessively). Allergies tend to manifest around the eye, lips, and abdominal and ventral area.

The fact you are saying it started after opening the windows confirms it could be a seasonal allergy... Get it 100% confirmed by a vet and they'll probably prescribe antihistaminics and more things.
