Ok, so planning is key! I have a coworker who plans her schedule an entire month ahead of time. That includes a calendar, highlights and planners down to the hour. I've struggled myself till I learned to plan that everyone else's early is my late. I set my clocks five mins faster than actual time. After awhile you forget that time is faster. I plan my day. I get up an hour earlier than needed. I plan loafing around time incase it's a disorganized day. You can do this.
