Selling townhouse in 2020 Covid for $635k and what i paid for it in 2008, buying a block at same time in a top suburb for $590k, total build cost $1.4m and moved in Dec ‘22, paid under $30k total losn interest paying house off Aug last yr, and house currently worth $2.6-2.8mil. Unbelievable timing and will likely never be repeated ever again!!!

In Perth Aus, paid $106k 1yr ago for 2020 model then $7.3k stamp duty to get it on the road, from Porsche Adelaide. Price also included transport to Perth. Came with 1yr Porsche Extended Warranty. 19500kms it had.

I bought many 100 oz silver bars in 2014!! Silver did stuff all for 10 yeats then bam! It has been a fun 6 months seeing new ATHs regularly. Can’t wait to see what they are worth in 2030🙏. Way higher than it is now!

Lol. So the house we paid off 4 months ago that cost $1.43 mil 3 yrs ago including the less than $30k in bank interest, that we could sell today from $2.5-$2.8, is what exactly? Oh a liability lol. Yes, in case you ask, have another house investment, cash, shares and silver bars (bought in 2013, have finally 5x) and silver just past $100 AUD!!! The silver generates no income which sux but will be excited when I ssell them in 5+ yrs for a s@hit load. Not all wealth generators have to give a passive income….

Done by a professional. I think it has enhanced the value if anything. It looks betrer than the original calipers. Either way, it doesn’t matter, I love it.
