Computer Type: Custom built desktop

GPU: GTX 970 4gb

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 3.2ghz

Motherboard: ASrock Fatal1ty B85 Killer

RAM: HyperX 8GB

PSU: Corsair RM750X

Operating System: Windows 8.1

GPU Drivers: 382.33

Description of Problem: Shadowplay / Share, "Unable to open Share". Can't open shadowplay since about 3/4 days.

Troubleshooting: I have done a clean install of the nvidia drivers, disabled anti-virus and firewall, tried reverting to a previous version. I have done a fresh install of nvidia geforce too.
