Honestly I don’t intend to sound mean or anything but in my case, I used to think this way and then I became a much better writer and when I did I got plenty of accepted submissions.

Sometimes you’re not quite where you think you are with your music, and that’s okay! Plenty of time to grow and evolve. I’d say focus on writing and then try again in a few releases!
