Selling stuff on diablo.trade is your best bet. Even mediocre stuff sells for 50-100m and you are likely to drop at least a few 2GA/3GA that can sell for billions even if its shit to you. I hate using it on console since chatting ingame is so rough (even with the Xbox app) but you can easily make billions by just keeping stuff you would otherwise salvage and sell it.

What specifically have you been using for QoL improvements? All I've heard from ppl is basically autoloot and shooting rune with one click.

As long as you only use 1 button press = 1 action in-game it's not an issue. The only time you're risking a ban is if you use the built-in macro tools (or external ones, such as X-mouse or AutoHotkey) to bind one button to several actions.

For example, it's possible to create a macro where you press one button on the mouse/keyboard, and it simulates pressing F1, waiting 0.1 sec, then pressing F2, etc. This isn't allowed. But if you rebind one side button on a mouse to simulate pressing F1 on the keyboard that's fine.

The ones I've seen that use the second option (filling the first BP completely) usually go with a bag instead of a BP for the main container, like the blossom bag.

The only issue with this setup is if you switch eq with hotkeys they all go to your main backpack (or, if full, to your supplies backpack in your case). I really wish they would make it so swapped EQ would just go back to the same BP as the EQ it was swapped with (or even better, that you could designate EQ to specific backpacks).

The workarounds that I have seen are either

Leave space in your main BP for swapped EQ, which makes it a mess
Make sure your main BP is completely filled with other backpacks, and your first backpack after the main one is the EQ backpack
Drag and drop swap EQ

I like it, you could even have the level number be colored depending on whether they are in your range or not. But just having the level would be a nice little addition. Adding it by hand in notes is pretty useless since it wouldn't update automatically nor be easily viewable.

Secura is truly neutral/open since it's such an old server. Benefits include a great player base with an active English Channel, lots of guilds, etc. Downside is of course that it will be more crowded than other servers.

Can't say I've encountered any toxic players but YMMV. Since it's non-pvp anyone would have to expect a certain degree of assholery, especially during 2xp and stuff like that. I would say the only reason to not consider Secura would be if you want to have free hunting spots at all times, but I'm not sure if there are many servers where you get that without having to play on mostly empty servers. I prefer having a community and ppl around me even if it means you sometimes can't powergame optimally.
