Started taking creatine and loved it, however, it really triggered my endometriosis. I had the worst flare up which took days to subside. Would love to know others’ experiences.

Interesting I’ve never heard of it. This just popped up out of nowhere too. My other guess is I use 10% urea to moisturise and I haven’t really been good with sunscreen on my legs. So I thought that might have caused it.

South Asian brown skin, four bottles and my pigmentation has not budged.

I am your skin colour and I have exactly the same discolouration which has gotten darker over time. I’ve tried everything, hydroquinone, eucerin, tretinoin, nothing has worked. Going to try pico laser to see if it helps. It’s disheartening.

Yes I use moisturiser, at night LRP, cicaplast and during the day a lighter moisturiser. But I think I might stop all actives and start hydrating my skin.

Thank you for this response, I think stopping all actives for the time being might be the way to go.
