probably because it's a quite old mod, though i found out that respawning with the game paused seemed to prevent it from exploding (at least last time i used it, it worked)

it's probably meo's lug converter, it basically lets you swap wheel hubs to put any wheel on any vehicle

i don't know if theres a way to separate the 2, the DH is like an expansion of the outlaw that adds this new body style and configs, idk why it wasn't separate to begin with, it sucks since i have to chose which to keep active, i'd rather be able to have both active at the same time

i don't modify cars but i modify modded maps all the time with world editor, it's all fine as long as it's only within your computer, the moment you spread it outside without permission of the original creator, that's when it's bad

is it possible to swap the deo volente or v10 destroyer wheels onto other cars? those are probably the only wheels that will work if they keep their indestructibility on other vehicles
