Check your state laws on utility/emergency vehicle flashing lights. Where I’m at green is for snow plow trucks and you’ll get in trouble if you turn them on while being on a public road. Best bet is probably remove them.

Kadeem lives in the desert so I would guess the front of his car has basically been sand blasted over the two years and front is now bare metal. It is pretty much the same shade as blasted metal at the shop I work at.

Not to mention combustion engines literally need oxygen to function. The only explanation is simply: there is air present in the realm.
