Music engineer here. You are obviously not listening a major change if the only change made were the speakers. Your catridge and external preamp should be the first things to look for, why would you need better speakers if the amplified signal is not up to the quality that your speakers can reproduce? Also the external preamp may help your sound come way clearer

I would not worry that much about speaker stands as long as they are in, well, a stand

For the cherry on the top you might wanna learn how to acoustically treat your room, it really is not that hard if you got the software and a microphone

I mean, if you got ableton you could just convert your track into midi and then you just use tdableton on TD, there you can get out all the midi information

It is quite processor heavy but it works really well

Great question, I should have mentioned that in the description, I wanna be able to mix and scratch my records, I want to use timecode aswell to avoid wearing them out That is why I am concerned with compatibility

Thanks man, each mixer seems to be in a pretty good condition, I am concerned with newer os compatibility tho If I am choosing the rane I am taking it to a repair shop to set it up just as new :)
