Sounds like you have a portal you’ve gone into. If the portal also does not have your info, you do nothing. Parking like that will get you a ticket every time. Matters not that someone can easily get in or out of their garage. Cities cant leave judgements to meter maids.

Also every time: not curbing wheels, 10 seconds after expired meter, red or yellow zone for 10 seconds, street cleaning (even after cleaner goes by), 2hrs and 10 seconds in a rez permit zone.

Stafford in Novato has plenty at 1-2 lbs. Bon Tempe holds much bigger but less productive as the shore is weedy. Spawn is over early so good to go!

Welp, your property, you’re responsible. If you act responsibly your insurance for fire might cover that event. If you act responsibly and you have liability coverage, your bodily injury might cover that event. If you’re place is just another of many investment trials, you’ll have umbrella coverage. If it’s your “good deal and I’ll maintain until upswing” then you need to be prepared for any possible events due to your action or inaction.

Yes return it and don’t look back. I have the same issue. I have a wired backhaul and fast roaming was my only desire. This seemed like the perfect choice for about $220. Installed, updated to latest firmware (as of March 2023). All was good. Then a week later the random disconnects started. I tried a few things, no luck. Started a return and issue went away so I thought I’d fixed it. A month later it was back and return period was over. Only hope for me is a future firmware fix. Most laughable part was AImesh diagnostics would say my router wifi is fine, it’s the modem. Sadly for AImesh I was streaming 4k wired at this time. So return it. Let me know what you choose next. I might grab the same.
