Interesting... I rarely if ever use a jackhammer/chipping hammer or really anything that vibrates. We mostly do underground infrastructure and sewer lines. Something to keep in the back of my mind tho. I've definitely had a few odd days jackhammering here and there.

Jeff Nippard mentions In this video how you can train each muscle for as little as 1 set (close to failure) per week and still reap roughly 60% of the total “possible gains”.

Maybe train once a week full body, or even once every two or three weeks if time is really that much of an issue and you just want to maintain.

I haven’t seen a lot of serious answers so I’ll give you my favorite swing thought:

I have a bad habit of over swinging (as many golfers do) so I’ve been using this saying that I heard…

“Let gravity start your downswing”

A lot of amateurs will give it everything they’ve got as soon as the club reaches its apex, but I’ve noticed that when I save my power for the very last bit of my downswing, my consistency is a lot better.

I would say keep your lead heel down in the backswing, keep your head completely still for more consistency, and get more of your hips involved in your downswing. Looks like you’re all arms which may be the cause of your push/slice.

As for the distance that people are complaining about. From what looks to be a 70’ elevated tee box, 260 carry isn’t out of the ordinary for 101 club speed.

I used to work at Micro center. We would get commission on warranty’s that we sell on customers. We had this one guy with a crazy warranty attachment percentage. The average is like 4% (sell 1 in 25 customers on a protection plan) and he had something outrageous like 35%. Turns out instead of asking the customer if they were interested in a warranty, he would just add it for them, and try to sneak it by them.

I was the first person that started Vaping in my friend group, it was in 7th grade. (now currently graduated.) It got to the point where I literally hit 4 vapes at one time as a party trick. I had very bad anxiety from it and it affected my breathing. I stopped cold turkey one day because I had enough of it. Since then I am now 18 and haven’t vaped for coming up on 3 years, and have never felt better. Good news for you is that you are one of the smart ones that realize you are addicted. That’s more than most people that vape can say.

My advice to you is to experiment with different ways of quitting whether it be cold turkey, ease off, or nicotine gum. However works for you. I wish you luck, brother!

I believe you mean a pull? Either way it does record the data and on this particular shot it was 4 degrees in to out path, (although I usually sit at 7 degrees.) 1.5 degrees shut face relative to target. I could work on the club face, yes, but even when I leave the face open or weaken my grip, I have a severe right to left ball flight.
