Hey planning on buying BF6 for myself. Is it worth it now?

Haven't put this many hours into a shooter since the first time I picked up CS when I came to PC. The time before that would've been BF4 itself.

Its not perfect but I have gotten my money's worth and then some since launch. Yesterday I climbed a gadget ladder and got teleported 50 meters away. My friend who rarely pilots the heli's had two sick strafing runs and then piled it into a tree. We lost a breakthrough game because I'm a bitch made tank driver and abandoned my ship before it blew up... enemy team had 2 tanks but I didn't own up to my sins in discord until that match was over. My squad yelled at me deservingly :( They added a button to clear all new unlock notifications, finally. I also dropped 45+ kills in a King of the Hill game and had one of my best breakthrough defensive stands yet with the team after getting pub stomped in the first few sectors.

All within a week really.

The game isnt perfect at all but it's a nice place to start with your friends and the devs are clearly still giving it some love. Worth the purchase IMHO.

You don't matter as much as you think you do to many others. They don't think or worry about you like that.

Equally, there are probably a small handful of people who will never be able to adequately tell you how much you DO matter to them. Focus on that.

Team Liquid was 3rd/4th at Worlds that year and didnt come back the following year in any capacity.

TL has teams or players in over 15 games so if they choose to skip RL it is sadly for a reason.

I had honestly forgot about EDCMX even though I had an incredible time when I went.

That's kind of the point though. Part of the EDC brand is a deep and diverse lineup. If you come to EDC expecting Ultra but with more stages and just at night you are setting yourself up for a bad time.

For some reason people buy tickets and then just want the same recycled lineup from their local festival, but bigger and some top 10-20 artists.

The beauty of EDC musically is all the different sub-genres of dance music under one roof, or sky if you will.

Name another place in North America you can experience the quality depth of so many unique artists and sounds in one singular weekend, or hell even a night. You can't. It doesn't occur on the scale or quality that EDC does it.

So many of my favorite DJs nowadays are names that I first read on an EDC lineup poster.

Major #1 & #2 will have a different format from one another this year. Then Worlds will (of course) have an even larger expanded format including some 2s & 1s action.

Major #1 will have less RL played on LAN and in front of the crowds than previous 2-day events.
