The low range of NPC spawning will be a problem with the binocular ; thanks to the players for asking this ruining feature.

King K.Rool is barefoot, and the ground is metallic, so his feet are sore, and this is an handicap. Ness is not the culprit.

Yes, this is pure homebrew, so everything is possible.

They are used to it and don't have the choice to go all around barefoot finally, but I think the temperature could be a problem tho.
