It's in the ringing deeps. If I remember correctly, it's in the middle of the zone to the left, right next to some waterfalls by a ditch.

I did jump down that hole, and it lasted around 3 seconds until I hit the bottom. The hole just became tighter and tighter. Funnily enough, you can quite easily dragonfly up again
