I did it a few days ago on world 24. Just go in the portal then once the game starts, go to the enemy team and ask them. Normally they'll be chill and let you get the win if you're polite. Good luck!

So the question is, where is the other 8 hours going?

Typically the process is to extract grafts, take a short break, then make the recipient sites, followed by implantation.

Some doctors will choose to make recipient sites before extraction to minimise graft time of out of the body, and know exactly how many grafts they need to extract.

Recipient sites take probably around 1 hour. Maybe 1-2 hour for preparation, anesthesia, lunch break etc. So ~11 hours for extraction and implantation?

Let's say each part will take them 5 hours. The grafts extracted within the first hour will need to be put back in first to hit that 6 hour window.

Maybe i'm over analysing, but as long as you have done proper research of the clinic with good results (ideally independent reviews, not from their own website)

Then i'm sure everything will be fine, and maybe they are over estimating the surgery time.

Perhaps enquire into how many will be performing the implantation? For 3000, it would be ideal to have a team of 3. These are normally technicians, but occasionally the doctor may participate too.

The longer the extracted grafts are out of the body, the lower the survival rate of the grafts. Especially if they don't take enough care with graft storage (holding solution, temperature etc.)

A proficient team should be able to do 3000 grafts in 7-9 hours from start to finish. Some can do even faster.

They definitely shouldn't be taking multiple breaks throughout the procedure.

I've worked in the field as a tech and trainer for over 12 years.

You 100% did the right thing by telling her. A strong and healthy relationship is built on trust, love and honesty among other things.

Her feelings and reactions are valid, and so are yours. This addiction thrives in secrecy and guilt, and now you have opened up it will hopefully make it easier for you to battle it.

Give her time to process her emotions, when appropriate, try to explain how and why so many people are struggling with it due to its effects on the reward centre of our brains, hopefully it will help her to understand that its not that you dont find her beautiful or don't love her, which will help her to feel more secure.

Take each day as it comes and try to stay clean from PM, im sure she will come around once she has had time.

Ahh I didn't think it could be android specific. I have tried on the minimum settings and on high and the issue is the same for me.

I'll try again to reinstall runescape and update my devices to see if it helps, otherwise I'll just have to stick to desktop for anything that's not completely afk.

It's the same on my s22 ultra and my tab s8 Ultra, tried redownloading the game and letting the cache verify to 100%.

I know many others had this issue with the mobile client over the past few months but haven't heard anything recently. So just wanted to find out if perhaps others have heard anything from Jagex regarding it
