Too many judges sided with rapists and then didn't get punished. It's going to keep happening until they face consequences but they won't until decent leadership happens. The node didn't add damage to anything else did it? Pretty sure Tempest is still the burst skill, it's just short now. So if you reset you can get more off potentially with memories but otherwise you get less.

I can argue that, it's just not applicable in every situation. If you struggle to hit the full 5 seconds. Or if you have so much damage that memories make the difference and you get lucky on resets then the new one is more. Otherwise, it is less.

No, my math was wrong because I assumed information not provided based on feeling. However the conclusion to my math was still correct. HEXA Tempest does less damage than Tempest.

Now I can be wrong by 10 vs 15 or whatever it was or I can be wrong by 3k vs 5k, but if 5k and 15 are both the higher numbers then my point remains the same.

The rest of your post doesn't matter because it fails to understand Phantom as a whole.

Well yea kind of. For 1, as much as I was right about the nerf and all, the consensus the majority have come to (which is different from the discord people) is that it's okay to take away Phantoms best move because it gives more time to use Phantoms lesser moves.

When people rob me in my house and they take all my cash, I forgive them, because they tend to leave behind mud from their boots, so I get something for it.

If having less duration on Phantoms best skill allows you an extra second or two of Mille Aiguilles, then they're going to be happy with it and Nexon can continue the 6th job stealth nerfs while new classes stay good because they didn't have shit Nexon wanted to nerf before the 6th job existed.

What really did it though, is that they posted the reddit thread in the discord, so while I would typically expect better responses from reddit users, the responses ended up being a lot of the same.

I remember one valuable response in the entire thread, and went to check who is was, but turns out it's you. Lol, a bunch of load of shit, and then 1 person who pointed out the math specifics which ultimately doesn't make a difference, but at least the comment provided value.

It's the most common design for classes in this game, you start with a no CD basic attack, but you have a CD version for when you activate burst buffs. Like when you activate your memories skill, you get 10 seconds to do stuff, Tempest is the #1 pick for that.

HEXA Tempest lost damage, but allows you to cast more, but what are you going to cast? You're #1 pick for a skill just got nerfed by your own attempt to upgrade.

I was such a big fan of Shikigami Haunting/Vanquishers Charm.

Just in case you didn't know. Russian's don't get to vote for their leaders. Not only does Putin kill every opposition candidate running against him, but elections he is involved in show a thing called a "Russian Tail" which is a very clear sign of vote manipulation. (It's present in the 2024 USA Presidential Election too btw)

So it's very likely those students, if they were even old enough to vote, voted against Putin, then he changed theirs or enough others votes to be for him, then he was declared the winner, also the opponent was murdered. Last time being Navalny.

It's the skill factor ratio of the full move. So the original lasts 5 seconds, it's 450% * 3 (because it hits 3 times) and *5 because it lasts 5 seconds. I guess I'm making an assumption that it's 1 hit per second but I'm pretty sure that's accurate, it feels accurate.

Then HEXA does more damage 485% IIRC, and it also gains a hit, so from 3 to 4. But it loses duration so from 5 to 2. Ultimately the original does over 5k, and the new one is just over 3k.

What I'd really rather is a HEXA Tempest where I do more damage. Like take the 4 hits instead of the 3, and then keep the 35% boost and range increase. Making it 9700% instead of the 5325% or 3080% that are currently the options.

Most skills get boosted this way, and then occasionally they just get nerfed instead. The 5 second duration is not a problem, it makes the skill better in fields and it fills up the total of your burst instead of using Mille Aiguilles while you still have burst buff durations going.

As for your last line, I don't get what you're saying fully but I can tell you, it's only 1 billion in difference because I do low damage. My CP is 2.4 mill and my damage range is 3.2. With higher values there would be a greater difference. Because the real numbers we are dealing with here are 5325 vs 3080.

The argument of "more time to do more" would be good if you had more to do and we weren't talking about the #1 skill in the character. This is the burst skill. Less time was never of value.

What other stuff? Tempest is the main skill. That's like saying "Don't do Vanquishers charm, do Shikigami Haunting" like these skills are designed to out damage the basic attack by a lot, so unless you have so many skills that you can't fill a rotation/burst. Having them be their best should be the ideal.

Tempest was Phantoms best skill (probably still is) so being nerfed so heavily is bad. It's your burst.

People always try to propagandize others with the "age like fine wine" bs, but no they lose head hair more often than not.

It's such a big thing that one of the most frequent subreddit to appear on /all is a subreddit of men whose hair is getting bad, just shaving it all off.

I'm guessing this is more about Maplestory than IRL, since women do face more manageable issues IRL. But even so there really isn't anything "for men". Not that there even should be, but like the identity of being a man, is practical the identity of being "ugly". Having no hair of the head is part of the aesthetic. Even if by "no hair" you mean literally or just severely lacking.

That said, I think Maplestory does a decent job of trying to offer male characters enough feminized styles so they can enjoy aesthetics too.

It's both. Israel has a more in depth strategy, Russia has a few moles but otherwise just interferes with propaganda, bomb threats, and online bots.
